Failed to lookup PTR / No PTR Record Exist / No Reverse IP Exist If you receive this message when attempting to send mail from a Mail Client like Outlook or Outlook Express then most likely your ISP does not have PTR records which is a BAD thing. According to the RFCs each IP address must have PTR record that points to its source. To check if your IP has PTR record, please enter your IP address at: http://www.dnsstuff.com under the section Reverse IP Address Lookup. This is a requirement to be able to send mail through our servers.
