I can't seem to send e-mail using your SMTP server.

To prevent abuse on our SMTP server for unauthorized users, our SMTP server requires authentication. This is usually done by having you to check for your e-mail prior to sending any e-mails through our SMTP server. This is also known as "POP before SMTP". Different e-mail clients will have different ways to set the authentication.

For example, on Outlook Express, go to Tools->Accounts, select the mail account you want to check, then click the "properties" button. On the next window that pops up, click the "Servers" tab and make sure you click the "My server requires authentication" checkbox at the bottom. You should be able to send e-mail using our SMTP server now.
